Are you an agency or consultant with clients who need site and analytics audits? I provide white label audits with a $1,000 discount after two audits are performed at standard pricing. It’s your choice if you want to disclose I’m doing the work or not. Some do, some don’t. I will match my documents to align with your branding.
Analytics Audits
Why an Analytics Audit
As a consultant you should not ever allow yourself to be held accountable to data you can’t verify. I once had a consultant bring me in to do an analytics audit for a publisher that had fired three agencies in a year because they “weren’t getting results.” She wouldn’t even do a site audit until I first audited their analytics.
She had cause to be concerned. They had gone rogue on campaign tagging and had tagged all of their navigation links, causing their data to be irrevocably trashed. The sad thing is that none of the agencies they had employed had caught this glaring issue because most agencies don’t audit their clients’ analytics data before starting their engagements, sometimes to their peril.
In another instance a marketer came to me beside himself. He had been working with a large site for just under a year on an SEO campaign. He recommended content, built links, did outreach, and even ran a PR campaign. Yet their organic traffic was highly mercurial with lots of spikes and valleys and an overall downward trend. The client was frustrated and had threatened to fire the agency for its lackluster results.
He asked me if I could look at the data to do a sanity check. Sure enough, the client had turned off auto tagging on their AdWords campaigns (rarely a good idea!), and their paid search traffic was fraternizing with their organic data. I used a hack to remove the paid search traffic, and the consultant immediately saw that, with the exception of a couple dips, the client’s organic traffic had been moving up and to the right over the course of the year. An analytics audit could have save him literally months of frustrating — and at times berating — conference calls.
The audit is scheduled at the time of payment, and audits are prepay only. With rare exception, audits are turned around in under four weeks. Also, even though I give step-by-step instructions on how to fix every issue I find in Google Analytics, I also offer to make any changes that the client agrees to make inside Google Analytics. Most clients take advantage of this.
What’s Included
You can see what’s included in the site audit on the Analytics Audit page. But if you’re a consultant or agency, you’ll want to come back to this page to check out in order to receive your discount.
Cost
The white label price of an analytics audit is $4,000. This is a $1,000 discount from what someone would pay if s/he came to me directly. Additional views can be audited at $3,000 each, but typically the changes recommended for the main view can be applied to secondary views.
Note: You will need to have a branded email from your consulting firm or some kind of verifiable proof you are an independent consultant to receive the discount.
Site Audit
Why a Site Audit
If you do not have the resources or staff to do site audits for your clients, you can order a white label site audit through me. Included in the price is an analysis of the client’s analytics data. If the client uses Google Analytics, this means a full analytics audit. Otherwise, we will let you know the reports we will need you to run.

You can see what’s included in the site audit on the Site Audit page. But if you’re a consultant or agency, you’ll want to come back to this page to check out in order to receive your discount.
Cost
A white label site audit costs $7,000 for a site with up to 20k pages, $8,000 for 20-50k pages, or $9,000 for 50k+ pages. This is a $1,000 reduction from what someone would pay if s/he came to me directly.
Note: For an estimate of pages on your search for site:yoursite.com (without the quotes) in Google. (So for my site I’d search for site:annielytics.com.) Also, include a third-party sites you have content on. For example, if you use a service like Eventbrite and have 5,000 pages on Eventbrite that you also want to be looked at, include that total in your overall page count.
