Prompt: Create Timeline from Transcript

Turn meeting transcript into list of due dates

Prompt

From this meeting transcript, extract a clean timeline of events and deadlines. Ignore casual chatter and summarize only the critical dates and responsibilities. Follow this format:

Date: What’s due

Ex:
10/3: Go live

Source

Alex: Alright folks, thanks for hopping on. Let’s sync on the Q4 microsite launch. We’re aiming to go live by October 3rd, but I want to make sure we’re aligned on everything leading up to that.

Marcus: Totally. And just a heads up, I might have to jump early. Dog’s got a vet thing. But yeah, Design’s pretty much locked. We’re targeting final asset delivery by September 22nd. I just need feedback from two stakeholders. Maybe by the 18th?

Riley: That works. If we get designs by the 22nd, we can start dev on the 25th. Shouldn’t take more than 4-5 days unless we hit weird bugs again like last time.

Taylor: Ugh, that bug. Classic Firefox. Anyway, copy will be done by September 20th. I’ve already looped in Brand—they promised faster turnaround this time. Fingers crossed.

Alex: Let’s hope! We’ll plan for a stakeholder preview on the 29th, then QA on October 2nd, and go live on the 3rd. Does that feel tight to anyone?

Maribel: Only if feedback drags. I’ll nudge early. Also, I’ve got some motion ideas I want to try—nothing wild, just subtle fades.

Riley: As long as you don’t go full parallax, I’m good.

Taylor: Can we also double-check the CTA language in the header? Legal flagged it last time.

Alex: Yep, I’ll add that to the QA checklist. Oh—and Maribel, can you schedule that 30-minute preview session for the 29th?

Maribel: On it. I’ll block off something with the leadership team after this call.

Alex: Cool. I’ll recap everything in Slack.
